No white flag for me????

You may be wondering why my blog is titled, "No white flag for me." Well let me try to explain. As everyone knows a white flag is symbolic of surrender but there are certain things in my life that I refuse to surrender. The 1st is my faith. I am a Christian and proud of it. I believe that God loves me and because He loves me He sent His only Son, Jesus Christ, into our world so that we could see God's love for us. Then God sacraficed His only Son to pay for our sins and then raised His Son 3 days later because even death could not limit the power of God's love. This is the "Gospel truth" and if you don't believe me, ask God Himself. :) He's always got time to talk. The 2nd thing I won't surrender is my family. Not to get all mushy but my family rocks. I've got a GREAT husband that is truly a gift from God. Like I've said before, if it had been left up to me, I don't think I would have picked David but he is truly my match, my helpmate, my best friend and my partner. Thanks, God! Also I have wonderful parents that love me unconditionally...something that is so rare in this world where everything can be bought or sold if you have enough money. And a "cool" older brother, sister-in-law and nephew who make our get-togethers alot more enjoyable. Thank you, God for each and every one! So there it is...why there will be no white flag for me.
